1. Consideration of Motion to Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to the exemption in Wis. State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the purpose of:

• • Interviewing candidates for the position of Town Clerk and considering employment data relating to those candidates.

 

2. Return to Open Session
3. Discuss/Act to approve hiring a candidate to fill the Town Clerk position.
4. Adjourn
